  The satff can be very very slow sometimes. Attention is not great.

  So I have been to this Dunkin' Donuts a lot, it is right next to my house, usually I don't mind some of the attitudes because most of the workers are nice, but about a week ago I was in the drive thru and ordered a coffee and a hot chocolate for my little brother. Noticing the girl was on the phone I didn't mind because it was late night, but not only was she on the phone she didn't cover my hot chocolate correctly and the entire thing spilled all over my arm in the drive thru. I was really angry at this point and instead of apologizing she looked at me and blamed me and also gave me attitude. My entire arm was red for two days and I have a burn mark on my arm for it. It was just a huge disappointment. All I did was grab the hot chocolate from her. I wish I knew her name to actually complain to a manager.
